DESCRIPTION:Join a FREE 2 ½ hour In-Person workshop, held weekly for 6 weeks for adults with diabetes, pre-diabetes, or who live with someone that does. Many have learned the self-management approach and lowered their blood sugar, made fewer ER trips, and were less likely to end up in the hospital because of diabetes. These workshops don’t replace your diabetes treatment plan, but instead teaches you the best ways to work with your doctor and family, and helps you set your own goals for managing your diabetes.\nWorkshop to take place at The Residences of Hampstead School, 1211 N Main St, Hampstead, MD 21074. Workshop is a community educational program and open to all adults.\n
