Kathleen Mildred Rohe, 79, of Westminster, passed away on July 30, 2025, at Carroll Hospital. Born July 13, 1946, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Carrie and Millard Hodges and the beloved wife of the late Joseph N. Rohe. Kathleen worked as a legal assistant and found joy in animals, gardening, her Chincoteague home, and especially watching her granddaughter ride horses. She is survived by her children Joseph M. Rohe (Deya) of Colorado Springs and Inga C. Rohe (Emanuele Ottolenghi) of Italy; granddaughter Sophia Prevett; sister Ella Mettle (Guy); and son-in-law James Prevett. She will be dearly missed.
