Lynne Riddle, 75, of Westminster, passed away peacefully at home on August 13, 2025, surrounded by her family. Born in Baltimore on July 14, 1950, she was the beloved wife of Charles Riddle, Jr. for 56 years. Lynne worked as a mortgage processor before retiring and enjoyed sewing, reading, cooking, and spending time at the beach. She deeply loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her children Heather Ziegenfuss (Cory) and Zach Riddle, siblings Brenda, Stanley, and Lisa, and grandchildren Patrick, Liam, and Brendan. She was predeceased by her parents and brother Thomas “Chickie” Budzinski.
