Jesse Kyle Tomlin, 38, of Westminster, passed away on August 24, 2025, at his home. A 2005 graduate of Westminster High School, he studied at the University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business. Jesse was a gifted carpenter and founder of Revival, a company focused on home design and remodeling. Deeply committed to community service, he created the Push Hope Project and organized Carroll County’s first Addiction Recovery Awareness Music Festival. He was honored with the Michael M. Galloway Award. Jesse is survived by his children, family, and many loved ones. He will be remembered for his creativity, compassion, and impact.
