Art At Night: Using Textiles In Art Therapy at The Delaplaine Arts Center

Free event! Licensed art therapist Whitney Dahlberg, LCPAT, will discuss the use of textiles in art therapy. She will share ways that textiles can increase emotion regulation and mindfulness and can access somatic memories held in the subconscious for processing. This talk will feature her research using textiles in grief to promote continued bonds, community, and post-traumatic growth.
