Richard Eugene Wagaman, 68, of Taneytown, passed away unexpectedly at home on September 5, 2025. Born in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of Betty Jean Wagaman and the late Buddy Richard Wagaman, and the devoted husband of Dianne Elizabeth Wagaman for 32 years. Richard spent most of his career installing utilities and recently retired from Rill’s Construction. A passionate Redskins and NASCAR fan, he enjoyed football, horseback riding, and time with family. He is survived by his wife, children, siblings, 10 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. Richard will be remembered for his love of family and joyful spirit.
