Richard Donald Nevin, 90, of Westminster, passed away on September 23, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born January 9, 1935, in Hampden, Baltimore, he was the son of Paul and Norma Nevin and the devoted husband of Anne Elizabeth Long Nevin for 67 years. A retired Detective and Sergeant with the Baltimore City Police, he served 27 years and later worked as an investigator for AAA Mid Atlantic. A longtime member of St. John Catholic Church, he played Santa at the Christmas Bazaar for 40 years. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings.
