Robert Eugene Driver, 94, of Mt. Airy, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home on September 22, 2025. Born on September 16, 1931, he was the son of the late William and Florence Driver and the beloved husband of the late Mary Matteline Driver for 57 years. A lifelong resident of Mt. Airy, Robert worked on the family farm before spending nearly three decades in the produce department at Groceteria Inc. He cherished time with his grandchildren and great-grandson and was known for his helpful spirit and love of gardening. A devoted member of Mt. Airy Baptist Church, he served faithfully as a Trustee.
