Barbara Ann Allard, 80, of Westminster, MD, passed away on September 23, 2025. Born June 12, 1945, in Acushnet, MA, she was the daughter of Norman and Julia Rogers. Barbara grew up in Dartmouth, MA, and spent much of her life in New Bedford before retiring to Maryland in 2013. She loved genealogy, coin collecting, horseback riding, flowers, and birds. She cherished time with her children and grandchildren. Barbara was preceded in death by her son Andrew and several siblings. She is survived by her loving husband David, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and many extended family and friends.
