Lewis Franklin “Buddy” Norris, Jr., 72, of Westminster, passed away at home on October 10, 2025. Born October 5, 1953, in Bethesda, he was the son of Lewis Sr. and Doris Norris, and the beloved husband of Linda Norris for 49 years. A 1971 Westminster High graduate, he was a member of the VFW and Eagles in Littlestown. Buddy enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, camping, golf cart rides, and George Jones’ music. He is survived by five children, eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and several siblings. He was predeceased by siblings Virginia, James, and William, and other close family members.
