Taylor Chaffin, 28, of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born July 23, 1997, in Pisa, Italy, Taylor grew up traveling the world before settling in Carroll County, where her radiant spirit touched many. She is survived by her parents, Samuel and Christie Timmons; sisters Ashley Engles, Cheyenne, Brianna, and Chloe; grandparents Mike and Betty Parr, and Tim and Mary Ann Timmons; and her beloved pets. A kind, witty, and compassionate soul, Taylor devoted herself to service, founded The Shooting Stars, and excelled as a Special Olympics gold medalist. Her life will be celebrated with laughter, dancing, and love—just as she wished.
