Norma Marie Dieter, 101, of Sykesville, passed away peacefully at home on November 7, 2025. Born June 10, 1924, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late George P. and Louise Franz Atkinson and the devoted wife of the late Robert William Dieter. Norma remained active and independent well into her later years, known for driving friends, working as a receptionist and bookkeeper, and retiring at age 80. She loved poetry, reading, and playing Bingo with friends. She is survived by her four children, seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren, with another on the way. She was predeceased by four siblings.
