Thomas Joseph O’Toole, Jr., 83, of Woodstock, MD, passed away on November 12, 2025, at Gilchrist Hospice. Born January 2, 1942, in Baltimore, he was the son of Thomas and Betty O’Toole and the beloved husband of Sandra “Sandy” O’Toole for 60 years. Tom was President and Owner of Semper Financial, Inc. A devoted member of Saint James United Methodist Church, he served on multiple committees and was active in the VFW and American Legion. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he served from 1960–1966 in Vietnam, earning the Bronze Star, Purple Heart, and other honors. He enjoyed nature, fellowship, and time with fellow Marines.
