Richard “Gary” Miller, 84, of Dover, DE, formerly of Fair Oaks, CA, passed away on November 12, 2025. Born May 11, 1941, in Rialto, CA, he was the son of DeSelma and Vera Miller. A U.S. Navy veteran, Gary went on to become an aerospace engineer for NASA, working internationally and contributing to major projects including the Hubble Space Telescope. He retired in 2001 and later married Corazon, sharing many happy years together. Gary loved reading, art, music, karaoke, line dancing, and especially driving his Tesla “Lady Cora.” He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and beloved dog, Toby.
