The Carroll County Arts Council will present a Christmas Carroll Concert, a festive holiday benefit concert and community sing-along supporting The Shepherd’s Staff, on Saturday, December 13. The event begins at 7 p.m. at Westminster United Methodist Church as community members of all ages are invited to share in the holiday spirit.
This year’s concert features spirited performances from local musicians, choirs, and artists, along with audience sing-alongs and timeless holiday favorites sure to spark the season’s cheer. Musical selections include Joy to the World, O Come All Ye Faithful, Silent Night, Mary, Did You Know?, and a grand finale of The Hallelujah Chorus.
Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and students, and free for children ages 5 and under. Attendees are encouraged to bring personal-care essentials—such as deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, and other basic items—as well as nonperishable food donations. Contributions will directly benefit The Shepherd’s Staff, which supports individuals experiencing homelessness and those in crisis throughout Carroll County.
The Shepherd’s Staff, based in Westminster, MD, is a Christian outreach and support center that has served individuals and families in need across Carroll County since 1991. The organization operates through strong partnerships with local churches, businesses, schools, civic groups, and community members who provide financial support, product and service donations, and hundreds of volunteer hours each year.
