Robert Thomas Hauf, 78, of Hampstead, MD, formerly of Pikesville, passed away on November 21, 2025. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Charles and Ruth Hauf and the husband of Linda S. Hauf. Bob served 28 years as a Baltimore County Police Sergeant and later spent 25 years as a state investigator for the Maryland Board of Nursing. He was an active member, chairman, and trustee at Milford Mill United Methodist Church for 15 years and enjoyed traveling. He is survived by “children of the heart” Jennifer Pyne and Raymond Burris, four grandchildren, and his sister Ruthie Hauf.
