Betty Strevig, born January 15, 1929, in Smallwood, Maryland, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2025. Remembered for her strength, independence, and devotion to family, she was predeceased by her husband of nearly 60 years, George, and her son Allen and daughter-in-law Rosalie. She is survived by her children, bonus daughter, 16 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Known as Westminster’s “Town Baker,” Betty spent over 30 years creating beloved cakes for the community. She cherished her dogs, enjoyed playing cards and crocheting, loved traveling in her RV, and spent many winters relaxing in the Florida Keys.
