Owners Tim and Terry DiPaula have lived in Westminster for more than 38 years. As they grew the business, they also raised two daughters who now serve the community in the local medical field—continuing the family’s tradition of dedication and service.
Our team of trained technicians, many of whom also call Carroll County home, share that same commitment to quality and professionalism. Together, we strive to deliver exceptional results and a seamless experience for every client.
This year, as we celebrate our 46th anniversary, we’re especially proud of our recent charity golf event, which raised $14,000 for the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. Supporting children in need embodies what the Heart of Carroll truly means—neighbors coming together to give back and make a difference.
