Martin “Marty” E. Miller, 58, of Emmitsburg, MD, passed away on December 4, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born in Gettysburg, he grew up between Pennsylvania and Maryland before graduating from Catoctin High School. Following his passion for mechanics, he trained at Lincoln Tech and built a career in the trucking industry. Marty married Carolyn in 1996, and in 2005 they adopted their son Joel. Known for his deep faith, kindness, and many hobbies—from motorcycles and guitars to sewing—he was a beloved community handyman. He is survived by his family and close friends and leaves a legacy of generosity through organ donation.
