Debora Lynn Brooks, 66, of Westminster, passed away on December 7, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center after a long illness. Born August 29, 1959, in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Granville and Sandra Bullock and the wife of the late Kevin Mark Brooks. Debora is survived by her brothers Michael (Jessica), Scott (Judy), and Doug Bullock; and by her aunts and uncles Donald and Nancy Bullock, David and Marylou Bullock, Robert “Bobby” and Anita Bullock, and Joanne Wood. She was predeceased by her aunt and uncle Carolyn and Jim Stull, and by Jack Wood.
