Robert Gary Vinci, 79, of Westminster, passed away December 26, 2025, at Frederick Villa Healthcare in Catonsville. Born February 24, 1946, in Baltimore, he was the son of Charles and Constance Vinci and the devoted husband of Mary Ann Vinci for 51 years. Gary served in the U.S. Army from 1967–1969 and spent 28 years with the Baltimore City Police Department before working with the Maryland Jockey Club. A longtime Carroll County resident and St. John Parish member, he enjoyed travel, history, steamed crabs, and his pets. He is survived by his wife, children, siblings, extended family, and was predeceased by three siblings.
