Joseph Edward Crouse, 63, of Sykesville, passed away December 25, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born March 14, 1962, in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Francis William and Edwina Rosalie Sacco Crouse and the devoted husband of Barbara A. Crouse for 38 years. A Randallstown High School graduate and UMBC valedictorian with a B.S. in Molecular Biology, Joe had a distinguished career, culminating as Global Director of Project Assessment at BioReliance/Merck. A man of faith and community, he volunteered extensively, mentored students, and loved animals. He is survived by his wife, daughters, and sister.
