Earl Theodore Sterner, 95, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away December 29, 2025, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born May 1, 1930, in Bachmans Valley, he was the son of Paul and Mary Sterner. Earl was married to his devoted wife, Frances Marie Sterner, for 69 years. A lifelong carpenter and former farmer, he enjoyed collecting small engines, Whizzer bikes, gardening, and was a longtime member of the Mason-Dixon Historical Society. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, a grandson, siblings, and extended family. He was preceded in death by several brothers and a sister.
