Michele Sandra Wilson, known affectionately as “Mike,” of Westminster, passed away on January 7, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center at the age of 83. Born November 16, 1942, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Russell Wilson and Genevieve (Johnson) Garman. Michele devoted 30 years of service as a dispatcher for the Westminster City Police. A faithful member of St. John Catholic Church, she had a deep love for animals, especially her cats, horses, and chickens. She is survived by her sister Judy Wood, several nieces and nephews, and many extended family members and friends.
