James Kenneth Pitcher, Jr., 88, of Westminster, passed away Monday, January 12, 2026, at BridgingLife Dove House. Born May 28, 1937, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late James Kenneth and Jeanne Ayler Pitcher, Sr., and the beloved husband of Dorothy Ruth Pitcher for 39 years. A 1955 graduate of Franklin High School, Jim worked as a cable splicer in the telephone industry for over 40 years. He also served eight years in the National Guard and volunteered with Meals on Wheels. He enjoyed gardening, model railroading, reading, and family time.
