Eustace H. Hallowell II, 88, of Westminster, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2026. Born September 29, 1937, in Edgemere, Maryland, he was the son of the late Eustace H. Mills Sr. and Louise Geneva (Rector) Mills Hallowell. A devout Quaker, he grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Central Bucks High School in Doylestown. He served in the National Guard, receiving an honorable discharge in 1963, and later worked as a division manager for Sylvan Pools and in other notable roles. He married his beloved wife, Portia Larae Huber, in 1986, and together they enjoyed travel, dancing, and life’s adventures.
