J. Michael Beck, 65, of Columbia, Maryland, passed away on January 24, 2026. Born in Columbia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late John C. Beck and Ruth Zielinski Beck. Mike graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Administration of Justice and served in the United States Secret Service and later as a Special Agent for the National Security Agency. He enjoyed fishing, car shows, orchids, and Bible study with his wife. Mike is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Rita Cicala; children Ryan, Regan, and Grant; sisters Deb and Lynne; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
