Patricia “Trish” Jean Johnson Richards, 81, of Woodstock, Maryland, passed away peacefully January 22, 2026, at Northwest Hospital. Born November 18, 1944, in Kingsport, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Carson James and Maggie Lawson Johnson. Trish was the devoted wife of Charles James “Jim” Richards, sharing 57 years of marriage and working beside him in their drywall business. She cherished homemaking, family time, reading, softball, and bowling. A breast cancer survivor, she supported charitable causes. She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family. Her warmth, generosity, humor, and strength will be remembered always.
