Robert W. “Bob” Roys, 94, of Finksburg, died Feb. 1, 2026, at BridgingLife Dove House. A Baltimore native, he was a CPA whose career included Ernst & Ernst, L. Greif & Bro., and 26 years with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Maryland, where he served as director of provider reimbursement and contracting. He contributed to state health care commissions and was a life member of a professional association. A National Guard veteran, golfer, and faithful church member, he is survived by two sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife and brother.
