Margaret E. “Peggy” Oursler, 95, of Manchester, formerly of Randallstown, died Jan. 31, 2026, at Lorien Taneytown. A Catonsville High School graduate, she shared 59 years of marriage with her first husband, Jerry Oursler, and later married Richard Swimm. Peggy loved dancing, decorating her home, cruising, reading, cheering for the Orioles and Ravens, and caring for her pets. She treasured visits with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her three children, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, siblings, and extended family. She was predeceased by her husbands and a brother.
