Dawn Marie Claypool, 60, of New Windsor, passed away on February 17, 2026, at BridgingLife Dove House. Born September 27, 1965, in Westminster, she was the beloved wife of Dwaine F. Claypool. Dawn worked in a variety of roles, including Dispatcher with CATS, and positions with Carroll County Public Schools, English American, and Maryland Cup. She enjoyed cross-stitching, sewing, puzzles, crocheting, and working with textiles. She is survived by her husband, her son Damian, her sister Wendi Saltsman and husband Jeffrey, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and in-laws. She was predeceased by her parents and stepfather.
