Randy C. Walkling, 64, of Westminster, MD, passed away on February 18, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born September 20, 1961, he was the son of the late Ernest C. Walkling and L. Kathleen Smith Walkling. Randy worked over 40 years at Penguin Random House and was a devoted family man who cherished his grandchildren, Colton and Wyatt. An avid dirt track racing fan, Yankees and Steelers supporter, and Christmas enthusiast, he loved decorating and traveling, especially annual trips to Wildwood, NJ. Randy enjoyed coaching his children’s sports and playing cards with friends. He is survived by his children, significant other, brother, and beloved cats.
