James “Jim” Michael Pantazis, 74, of Sykesville, MD, passed away on February 18, 2026. Born April 7, 1951, in Baltimore, he was preceded in death by his parents and sister. Jim dedicated his career to serving others, retiring in 2018 as Director of Operations at the Maryland Food Bank, where his leadership strengthened the fight against hunger statewide. He was known for his love of family, friends, sports, and good food, as well as his support of veterans, animals, and health-related causes. He is survived by his wife, Donna Hinderer; daughter Amanda Lepson; grandchildren James, Jillian, and Jared; and many cherished family and friends.
