Paul Latimer Beale, Jr., 84, of Emmitsburg, MD, passed away February 13, 2026. Born October 1, 1941, in Baltimore, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda, his parents, and his brother. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Wheeler, son-in-law John, grandchildren Peyton and Gannon, and three brothers. A University of Florida electrical engineering graduate, Paul worked for IBM before founding computer businesses and later developing naval programming for Johns Hopkins. A licensed pilot and lifelong learner, he restored tractors, built an RV-8 plane, sailed to the Virgin Islands, and spent retirement improving the family farmhouse.
