Theodore Franklin “Ted” Ward, Jr., 71, of Westminster, passed away February 20, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born March 8, 1954, he was the son of the late Theodore Franklin, Sr. and Kathleen (Hooper) Ward. Ted was the devoted father of Ashley Mapp and her husband, Robert, and Brittany Ward, and a proud grandfather to Madison, Mackenzie, Lainey, and Rhett. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews. A Master Plumber until retirement, Ted enjoyed tending his large vegetable garden, feeding backyard birds, collecting cast iron pans and bells at auctions, and spending time with his beloved dogs, Prince and Molly.
