Patricia A. Turpin, 76, of Finksburg, passed away on February 23, 2026, at Northwest Hospital. Born March 26, 1949, in Baltimore to the late Robert B. Betts and Hilda (Frank) Betts, she was the devoted wife of the late Daniel F. Turpin. Patricia dedicated her career to serving others as a social worker. She found great joy in traveling, exploring nature, and caring for animals, especially her beloved dogs. She is survived by her brother, John Betts. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Jennifer Davis-Serovy, her brother Bruce Edward Betts, and grandchildren Miles and Daphne Davis.
