Curtis Blake Gore, 69, passed away at home on February 25, 2026. Born June 30, 1956, in Baltimore, he was the son of Charles and Shirley (Merryman) Gore. He was predeceased by his brother, Randy, and sister, Deborah. Curtis is survived by his wife, Cheryl Gore; stepdaughters Kirsten Chalk (Nicholas) and Lauren Jeffries (John); and step-grandchildren Nathan and Brynna Chalk, and Hannah, Leah, and Jenna Jeffries. He worked in construction and caretaking, with a special passion for landscaping. Curtis loved fishing, camping in the mountains, Southern rock music, and listening to The Beatles.
