Carole A. Cooper Bell, born in Baltimore, Maryland, to Ralph and Marie Wolfe, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2026, at the age of 101. She was first married to Navy veteran John Ray Cooper for 53 loving years until his passing in 1999. In 2000, she married Marine veteran Luther “Buddy” Bell, sharing 16 happy years together. Carole dedicated 30 years to C&P Telephone Company and was active in her church and community. Known for her cooking, hospitality, and vibrant spirit, she cherished family, travel, and celebrating life. She is survived by her daughter Susan, son-in-law Michael, niece Maureen, and extended family.
