Julie “Jules” Crystal Hill-Wintsch of Union Bridge, Maryland, passed away unexpectedly on February 28, 2026, just shy of her 50th birthday. Born March 27, 1976, to Lori Carey and Charles Hill, she was a 1994 graduate of Westminster High School. Jules devoted herself to being a stay-at-home mom, the role she cherished most. Known for her animated storytelling and humor, she loved bonfires, card games, and creating treasured holiday traditions. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Phillip “Flip,” her children, grandson, extended family, and dear friends.
