Lorraine Marion Cesarini, 76, of Westminster, formerly of Baltimore, passed away on March 5, 2026. Born August 6, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Charles Irvin Jenkins and Mary Veronica Wenski Jenkins. Lorraine cherished time with her family and friends, especially her sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved the beach, shopping, dancing, Scrabble, music, and socializing at the Westminster Senior Center. Known for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and infectious smile, she brightened every room she entered. Lorraine is survived by her sons Robert and Richard, siblings, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her lifelong friend Dorothy Moore.
