Patricia A. Russell (née Smith), 74, of Little River, SC, formerly of Baltimore Highlands, MD, passed away on March 3, 2026, at Grand Strand Medical Center. Born July 7, 1951, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late George and Susan Smith. Patricia worked over 20 years as a machinist at Mac Machine and enjoyed baking, flower arranging, and creating ocean-inspired crafts. A devoted member of Little River United Methodist Church, she was the loving wife of Robert R. Russell, Sr., and mother of Cynthia Russell, Patricia Shifflett, and the late Robert R. “Bobby” Russell, Jr. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, three brothers, and many cherished friends.
