Lillian “Sally” May Mynes-Sweep, 85, of Westminster, passed away on March 11, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born July 15, 1940, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Thelma Ray and the wife of the late Donald Ray Mynes and John Franklin “Frank” Sweep. Sally worked as a business manager and later as a realtor. She enjoyed traveling and was active in the Lion’s Club, social clubs, and the HOA at Royal Highlands in Leesburg, Florida. She is survived by her son Steven Mynes, stepchildren Deanna Casulli and Darren Sweep, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and her cousin Janet Dame.
