Victor E. Kolk Jr., 57, of New Windsor, Maryland, passed away on March 11, 2026, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Born June 28, 1968, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Linda A. Kolk and Victor E. Kolk Sr. Victor owned and operated Dad’s Trucking for more than 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with family, visiting the beach, and volunteering with local fire departments, including the New Windsor Fire Department Auxiliary and the Jacksonville Fire Department. Known for his humor and love of dancing, he was also a devoted fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and siblings.
