Shirley M. Rhuebottom, 88, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away on March 19, 2026, at the Dove House, surrounded by family and friends. She worked for many years at English American Tailoring and Carroll Community College until retirement. Shirley loved cooking, hosting family gatherings, and was cherished by her church community at West Falls Christian Community Church. She is survived by her siblings, nieces, nephews, godchildren, and many extended family members, and was predeceased by several siblings. Shirley will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and devotion to family and community.
