Julie Ann Apple, 66, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away on March 20, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of John W. “Woody” Packer, Sr. and the late Anna Grace Packer, and the loving wife of Kevin Apple. A Westminster High School graduate and accomplished professional, Julie worked at Union National Bank, BGE, and retired from T. Rowe Price as a Systems Analyst. She cherished family, vacationing at Rehoboth Beach, boating, pickleball, and decorating for every occasion. She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family, and was predeceased by her father-in-law and sisters-in-law.
