Charles “Bob” Robert Hackett, 74, of Westminster, MD, passed away on March 26, 2026, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born August 7, 1951, in Cumberland, MD, he was the son of the late Raymond and Vera Hackett and was predeceased by his sister, Yvonne Folk. Bob had a lifelong passion for cars, enjoying working on them, attending car shows, and making annual trips to York, PA. Known for his generosity, he was always willing to lend a hand. He is survived by his wife, Sally, brothers Ray and Jim, extended family, and many friends.
