Carol Taylor Mello passed away on March 25, 2026, at age 75 while in home hospice care. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she spent much of her life in the area and graduated from Sparrows Point High School in 1969. Carol devoted 52 years to her career as a federal Case Reviewer, earning multiple awards for her dedication and excellence. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening, and cherishing time with her family. A longtime resident of North Point Village, Carol was known for her warmth and devotion. She is survived by her daughter, siblings, nieces, nephews, and many beloved great-nieces and great-nephews.
