Thomas Franklin “Tom” Tracey, 95, of Westminster, passed away April 3, 2026, shortly after celebrating his birthday with loved ones. Born in Rockville, he was a devoted husband to Nancy for 65 years and a proud Navy veteran. A lifelong farmer, Tom worked his family land and later ran a dairy farm in New Windsor, where he and Nancy built their home and raised their family. He remained active in his church, the Lions Club, and the Farm Bureau. Tom is remembered for his dedication to family, community, and faith, and is survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
