Sydney W. Keller, 89, of Taneytown, MD, passed away April 3, 2026, in Westminster. Born in Cortland, NY, she was a highly accomplished professional in vocational evaluation and rehabilitation services, earning advanced degrees in sociology and psychology. Sydney received numerous awards for her contributions to career assessment and was active in several state and national organizations. Beyond her career, she was a respected judge for the Cat Fanciers’ Association, breeding award-winning Persian cats, and also raised Cotswold sheep. She is survived by her daughter and four grandchildren, and was predeceased by her husband and son.
