Mary Agnes (Nolker) Fogarty, 95, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 20, 2026, at Concordia at Cabot in Pennsylvania. She was the beloved wife of the late James J. Fogarty and the daughter of the late Agnes (Coady) and James Nolker. Mary previously lived in Hanover, Finksburg, and Baltimore. She was also preceded in death by her infant daughter Julia, her sister Catherine G. Hannum, her brother James L. Nolker, and son-in-law Craig Carash. She is survived by her children Kathleen Mann, Daniel Fogarty, Erin Fogarty, and Timothy Fogarty, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
